Delivery

All deliveries cost €6.50 and are delivered via trusted carriers.

The cost of delivery is set by our carriers.

Order by 4pm for delivery between 3 and 6 days. Orders after 4pm will be dealt with the next working day. This is just an estimate, and we don’t take responsibility for any delays that may be outside of our control.

To avoid disappointment, we advise all customers to make orders well ahead of time for special occasions.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the package you receive is not damaged and all items are present.

Failed Delivery

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that someone at the delivery address can take receipt of the goods ordered.

If goods are returned to us because you failed to take delivery, we will contact you. We will process a return of the goods (minus shipping fee) within 7 days if you do not reply. If you still require the goods, we will re-deliver and a second delivery fee will apply.

Stock Outs

Normally, goods displayed on our website are in stock and available in store. In the unlikely event that items are not available, we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you. If the item is part of a larger order, the remaining items will ship as normal.

Returns

With all online orders, customers have a 14 day “cooling off period” during which items can be returned for a refund, as long as they are returned in original condition. This does not affect your normal customer rights.

Change your mind

For all orders, returns must be within 28 days, in original, saleable condition and be accompanied by a receipt. You may exchange your order or take a credit note.

Items damaged in transit

If your delivery arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We are unable to process returns of items damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 days of receiving your items.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please notify us as soon as possible. We will inspect items you return, and if a fault is found we will aim to repair, replace or refund where necessary. If a fault is not found, we will not issue a refund or replacement. We can return the item to the customer, at the customers cost. We will hold non faulty items for 30 days, after which time, if the cost of sending the item back to the customer is not received, we will destroy the item.
